Portrait Ordering Information

1. To Order: Once you have completed the Buy Now Transaction, email: rebecca@rebeccaprice.com with your digitized photos and indicate which photo represents the kind of pose you want.

Note:  naturally, the larger and clearer the photo, the better the art I'm able to produce from it. If digitized, please send tiff's or high-res jpegs. If mailing, photos should have the subject's head size larger than a quarter and the details of the face and hair should be easy to make out.  If snail mailing, use my contact form and I will email you with instructions.

2. Give Instructions: Include in the body of the email any instructions you wish to include about the portrait (like features to play up or minimize, accessories to add, etc. Adding personal details about the portrait subject will help me create more personalized art.), whether you want the portrait to be realistic or humorous, and where you want your pencil proof jpeg to be emailed, mailed or faxed (see below) for approval.

3. Get Proofs:   be sure to indicate where you want to receive a proof in the body of your email.  Emailed proof is included in the $25.00 fee and no partial refunds will be issued unless you've received a proof.

4. Returns/Refunds:  as this is custom work, no returns of a finished portrait will be allowed. However, if you do not approve the initial pencil proof and I cannot change it to please you, I will issue a $10.00 refund if I do not make a finished ink portrait from the proof.

Your purchase is protected both by your credit card and by PayPal.  I have a 100% satisfaction rating throughy PayPal-Ebay.   Click the 'Buy Now' button below to purchase (1) portrait @ $25.00  Your purchase will be date-stamped by your transaction.
