My Philosopy of Service as a Designer:
I have many years of experience designing graphics for discriminating clients. Even so, I put your ideas and desires first. I am here to advise you with the experience and skills that I have, but you will always be given final authority, and responsibility, for your designs. If I feel you are making an erroneous choice I will communicate that to you but will do as you direct.
Book Cover Design
Basic Package: One design and three rounds of changes on front, spine and back cover; ready-for-print finished art files; upload to publisher and/or shipped CD of all artwork files.Charges vary according to whether original illustration is included or other requests by author but typical price range is: $250-500.
Professional Package: Three different design set ups; three free rounds of changes on (one) selected design; ready-for-print finished art files; upload to publisher and/or shipped CD of all artwork files. Prices vary according to desires of author but typical price range is $750-1000. Estimates furnished with contract.
Changes/Reworks: Designs and changes beyond the basic package are billed with client consent at pre-established rates.
Compensation: Designer requests approximate 1/3 total contract price as deposit before commencing work. Milestone payments may be requested when project runs beyond 30 days. Balance due upon completion of approved artwork, and prior to upload or shipping of CD.
Book Interior Design
I can import your text or Word document into professional interior editing software, format it correctly and output a printer ready proof for $1.50-2.50/page, depending on complexity of manuscript. Or, I can set up your file for you so that all you have to do is input the text yourself, if you have appropriate software.
I will supply example pdf's of my interior design upon your request.
